WHAT IS
A SESSON LIKE?
Each session
lasts around a hour.
The first
meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements,
exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the
scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about
your goals. After that, you'll spend most of your time on a strength
training and cardio program based on your specific needs and capabilities.

for an evening time during the week). MANDATORY for minors.

at the main building, showers are available for Club members during
